Scope and booking
These conditions describe classes and studio visits offered by BÅL Studios OG at BÅL Studios · Megacore and BÅL MAT. Classes, passes, memberships and vouchers are booked or purchased through Eversports. The product description, price, validity, cancellation deadline and any membership terms shown at checkout form part of the individual booking. Review them before confirming your purchase. Eversports’ own platform terms may also apply.
Studios and attendance
Megacore classes take place at Schmidgasse 2/top 1a, 1080 Wien. BÅL MAT classes take place at Friedrich-Schmidt-Platz 4, 1080 Wien. The entrances are around the corner from one another. Please check the room and start time in your booking. First-time Megacore guests should arrive 15 minutes early for an introduction. Once a class has started, late arrivals cannot join. Grip socks are required for Megacore.
Changes and cancellations
Manage class cancellations through Eversports. The applicable free-cancellation window, late-cancellation and no-show treatment are shown with the particular class or product at booking; the same applies to any event, workshop or private booking. If BÅL cancels a class, we will offer the remedy applicable to your booking and statutory rights. Trainer substitutions and reasonable timetable changes may occur.
Prices, packages and vouchers
Current prices, pack validity, membership duration and voucher conditions are shown in Eversports before purchase. The €99 two-week newcomer offer is subject to the eligibility, start date and usage rules displayed for that product. Purchased class credits are personal unless the product expressly allows transfer. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Health and conduct
Training involves physical effort. Choose a suitable intensity, tell your instructor about relevant limitations and seek medical advice where appropriate. Follow the instructor’s safety guidance and treat others, equipment and the space with care. We may refuse participation where there is a concrete safety concern or serious breach of studio rules, subject to applicable law. We are liable in accordance with mandatory law; nothing here limits liability for personal injury or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Consumer withdrawal
Consumer withdrawal rights for online purchases depend on the type of product and the circumstances. For leisure services on a specified date or period, the statutory exception may apply. For other distance contracts, the applicable statutory withdrawal information provided during purchase governs. Contact us at info@balstudios.at for questions or to exercise a right available to you.
Separate physiotherapy services
Physiotherapy at the building is provided by independent practitioners, with separate booking, payment and service terms. It is not included in BÅL class packs or memberships unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise.
