Website visits and contact
When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address, browser, requested page and time of access may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you email us, we process your contact details and message to answer your enquiry or handle a requested service (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We retain information only for as long as needed for these purposes or applicable legal obligations.
Booking through Eversports
Our schedule, pricing and voucher areas offer Eversports widgets. They load only when you accept external content in the cookie choices. That action sends technical connection data to Eversports and may allow Eversports to set cookies. When you choose to book or buy, Eversports processes the information you provide under its own privacy terms. We receive booking and customer information needed to manage classes, products, attendance, payments and accounting (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). This can include your name, contact details, booking history and purchased products. Payment details are handled by the booking and payment providers as applicable. Cookie choices
You can accept or decline Instagram and Eversports separately using the banner. Your choice is stored in your browser so we can remember it. Use “Cookie choices” in the footer to change it. If you withdraw consent after loading external content, the page reloads to stop loading it on this site. Providers may retain data already received; consult their privacy notices.
Video
The First Timer video is served from Dropbox when you play it or open it separately. Dropbox may process technical connection data in order to deliver the file; see its privacy information. The video does not autoplay.
Other external links
Our home page offers embedded Instagram posts. They are loaded only if you accept external content. Loading them connects your browser to Meta, which can process technical data and use cookies under its own privacy notice. You can also open the posts directly on Instagram. Physiotherapy enquiries and appointments lead to a separate Linktree page and the practitioners’ booking routes. Their providers process information under their own privacy notices. We do not receive your medical information merely because you follow those links.
Photos and marketing
If we photograph or film identifiable people for marketing, we arrange the necessary permission and provide information at the time. A newsletter, if offered, is sent only on the applicable legal basis and can be unsubscribed from through its message or by contacting us.
Recipients and retention
Service providers supporting hosting, booking and communications may process data on our behalf or as independent providers. Some may process data outside the EEA subject to applicable safeguards. Booking and business records are retained for the period required by law; other data is deleted when no longer needed for its purpose. Our site does not load Google Fonts. Instagram embeds on the home page and Eversports booking areas may involve third-party data processing and cookies. They are loaded only after you accept external content; see the providers’ privacy notices for their practices.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing. Contact info@balstudios.at. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
