What is the BÅL method?
The BÅL method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that blends slow, controlled movements with fast transitions. Using our custom Megacore reformers, we train for deep core strength, muscular endurance, stability, and mental focus. Every session is full-body, intentional, and designed to move you with precision and power.

In what language are classes taught?
Our classes are offered in English and German, depending on the instructor. When booking a class, you’ll see which language it will be taught in. Some instructors teach in both languages within the same session to ensure everyone feels supported.

What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows full movement. Grippy socks are mandatory for hygiene and safety—you can purchase them in-studio. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated

Do you have showers or changing facilities?
We do not have showers, but we do provide lockers and private changing areas where you can change before or after class. Please arrive ready or allow time to change before class starts

When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. For safety and to preserve the class flow, latecomers will not be admitted once the session has started, regardless of experience

What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class to avoid losing your class credit. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a credit deduction. That credit is non-refundable and cannot be reinstated

Can I attend if I’m pregnant?
At this time, BÅL does not offer prenatal training. Due to the intensity and core-focused nature of our method, our classes are not suitable during pregnancy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting your return in the postnatal phase, once you feel ready to resume training.
